Returns and refunds

All sales are final. If you have received a broken candle in a glass container, please provide proof. A replacement will be shipped free of charge. You have 3 days to provide proof. All packages are shipped in special boxes due to the delicate nature of the products. Pictures are needed to ensure your prompt replacement. No other items will be refunded or replaced, as these products, once opened, can’t be returned but can still be used by you, the customer.
